I'll start with directions because it isn't that obvious on the hotel website or Google maps. If you arrive on the Elizabeth line then follow signs to the Westfield shopping centre (left) in the tunnel when you exit the tube. As soon as you enter the shopping centre take the first escalator up one floor. Then head towards TK Maxx on your left, the hotel entrance is on the left, just as you reach the outside. Lifts take you up to reception. You can leave bags with the concierge on the ground floor. We had a great couple of nights, a view of the Olympic Park West Ham stadium. All of the staff are to be commended. They were friendly, polite, welcoming, fun and all made an effort to engage with guests. Lovely comfortable room, very comfy beds, nice bar and bar food. I would stay here again and recommend it. It was good value, modern and fresh and very comfortable.

The Hyatt Regency London Stratford is an amazing hotel. The hotel is located in the newer part of London that has everything you need within walking distance. You can even take the subway (tube) from Heathrow directly to the hotel. Check-in is located on the upper levels and the staff is welcoming. The Hyatt Regency is on floors 3–8, and the other floors, 9–12, are the Hyatt House. I requested a room with a bathtub and loved it. The rooms have everything you would expect from a Hyatt. The internet was lightning fast and the gym on the 12th floor was top-notch. I also appreciated how the area felt safe and vibrant, especially in the evenings. There is even a laundry room on the 12th floor for guests to use. The breakfast was pretty amazing as well. Everything about this hotel is great. I’ll definitely make this my go-to spot when staying in East London.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Stratford last month and overall, it was a functional and convenient base for exploring London. Location: The location is definitely a strong point. Situated right next to Stratford Station, it was incredibly easy to get into the city and it was a very quick and easy train ride to the airport. The hotel is also located within an outdoor shopping mall, which made it a busy and high traffic area, but it was ultimately okay. Room: The room was nothing special, but it served its purpose. It was clean, functional, and comfortable enough to come back to after a long day out in the city. My view overlooked the roof of another building, which wasn’t ideal, but since I wasn’t spending much time in the room, it wasn’t a major issue. Amenities: Amenities were fairly limited. There’s no pool or spa, but the on-site restaurant and bar were quite nice. The lounge area within the restaurant was especially comfortable and a good place to relax with a drink. It would have been great to have a few more facilities, but for a short stay, it was sufficient. Service: The highlight of the stay was the staff. The front desk agents and doormen were consistently kind, professional, and helpful. They provided great recommendations for getting around and places to visit, which made navigating the area a lot easier. Overall: It was a good place to come back to after a long day of exploring and it offers easy access to transportation and helpful staff.

The Hotel and staff are just amazing. I have stayed in the hotel for 10 days and experience almost everything in it. the staff members are the kindest and always offering help and guidance whenever required with very high manners. The staff member at the reception Cheya, he was one of a kind as he checked me in and made sure that all my concerns are answered. This is the second stay for me in the hotel and I will always prefer to stay here. The rooms are comfy and very clean with room service passing by every day to make sure the rooms are always shining and clean.
